Lauren discovered the art of pole dancing in 2019, and it quickly became her passion. A true circus girlie, she also loves aerial hammock, Lyra, and trapeze, finding joy in every twist and turn of these aerial arts. For Lauren, pole and aerial fitness aren't just workouts; they're empowering journeys that build strength, confidence, and community. Join her in embracing the fun, fierce, and fearless side of fitness!

Sydney has been pole dancing for over 3 years and fell in love at first sight.

She first discovered her love for the sport in college through a student organization called Pole Posse.

Since then, she's dedicated her fitness journey to pole dancing, specializing in aerial transitions, strength training, and splits.

Nesha brings vision, passion, and purpose to the studio.

Since 2018, she’s used pole as a tool for transformation—mentally, physically, and spiritually.

As a seasoned pole dance instructor, her mission is to help students connect deeper with themselves and overall wellbeing.
