How much is a single pole dance class?
A drop-in class at House of Embodiment is $35.
What should I wear to pole class?
Shorts and a tank top/t-shirt/ sports bra are recommended. Pole dancing requires skin contact with the pole, so exposed legs and arms help with holding the pole.
Do I need experience or upper body strength to come to class?
Not at all! We offer beginners friendly classes that are designed to build strength and agility.
